Taichi Inui holds PhD in natural products chemistry from University of Illinois at Chicago. With over 10 years of industrial experience, he has expertise in scientific disciplines including nutrition, preventive medicine, oral health, salivary diagnostics, food oral processing, and veterinary dentistry.
